By accessing our website (vinesthy.com) or submitting an application to Vinesthy Catering Institute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

To apply for admission, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age at the time of application.

• Meet the minimum academic requirements for the programme applied for (e.g., BECE, WASSCE, or equivalent).

• Provide truthful and accurate information throughout the application process.

The Institute reserves the right to reject or revoke admission if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.

All applications are submitted online through our official website. The process involves:

1. Selecting an available intake.

2. Paying the non-refundable administrative/registration fee.

3. Receiving a secure application link via email.

4. Completing and submitting your application profile including required documents.

Submission of a complete application does not guarantee admission. All applications are subject to faculty review.

Registration Fee: The registration/administrative fee is non-refundable once paid. It covers the cost of processing your application.

Tuition & Other Fees: Full tuition fees, uniform fees, tool kits, and other programme-specific costs are outlined in the Course Prospectus provided upon acceptance.

Payment Processing: All online payments are processed securely through Paystack. Vinesthy Catering Institute does not store card or bank account details.

Payment Confirmation: A reference number will be issued to you following successful payment. Keep this reference for all correspondence.

Registration/administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tuition fees paid in advance may be partially refunded at the Institute's discretion if a student withdraws before the commencement of the programme, subject to a processing charge.

No refunds will be issued after the programme has commenced.

In the event that the Institute cancels an intake, all fees paid will be fully refunded.

All students are expected to:

• Adhere to the institute's code of conduct and dress code at all times.

• Attend classes punctually and maintain satisfactory attendance.

• Treat staff, fellow students, equipment, and premises with respect.

• Refrain from any form of harassment, dishonesty, or disruptive behaviour.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or expulsion without refund of fees.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course materials, and design — is the property of Vinesthy Catering Institute and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

Vinesthy Catering Institute shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.

We make every effort to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information provided.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
